Beatrix of the Holy Spirit Magers writes to Gibbons, regarding proposal for her to return to Baltimore Carmel to take three year term as Prioress; she truly does not believe that she can do it. And Archbishop Williams doesn't want her to go for more than six months. And follow-up letter from Teresa of Jesus, Sub-Prioress, telling Mother Beatrix that Cardinal Gibbons does not want her to leave Boston for the sake of both Carmels, and so an election will soon take place in Baltimore.
