Scope and Contents
These consist of legal affairs regarding move to Baltimore, payment of city taxes, legacies, transfer of stock, and sale of Aisquith Street property. Perhaps the most interesting document is the last will and testament of Rose Solman, described in a will of 1850 as a "free woman" who bequeaths furniture, "household stuff" and other things to the Carmelites and money to other Catholic organizations, including the Sulpicians, Redemptorists, and Oblates of Providence.
