Clare Dalton, who has found some instructions of Fr. Neale among the belongings of a recently deceased sister; sorrow at the death of Fr. Neale's brother, the Archbishop; 11/14/1819, mentions revolution of Louis XVIII, difficult times in Belgium and Low Countries for religious.
