Scope and Contents

An account of a miraculous event, at the monastery of St. Paul, Bivona, Diocese of Girgente. The author, Melchioza Crucifissa Leftaferea (?), narrates a vision of a pilgrim, wearing an emblem of the Blessed Trinity on a jewel at his breast: it was Benedict Joseph Labre who had died at Rome two years before. Note at end states that the nun whose cure occurred was not informed of the holy life of Benedict Joseph Labre.
