Silverius commends Baltimore Carmel for plans to founding in Philippines. And assures them that a perfect model is St. Joseph's at Avila...it "has not deviated even a hairbreadth from the spirit left to it by St Teresa." She is "still living there such as she was....without even the slightest change or mitigation.
